Please read the following information and convey relevant information to your child:

Asana (Yoga postures) means posture easily held. If it’s too hard or hurts, they can stop! You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga to listen to your body, and respect it’s limits on any given day.

I, the undersigned parent / guardian, understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, therapy, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. In the case where my child has an injury, sickness or anything else that may be affected by physical activity, I have consulted with a physician to ensure my child can take part in yoga and breath work classes, I recognize that it is my responsibility to notify the instructor of any serious illness or injury prior to every yoga class.

I realize and understand that hands on physical adjustments may take place during a class, workshop, or event by means of physical touch and contact and I agree and consent hereto.

I consent to photographic pictures/videos being taken of my child during any Yoga Class, Workshop or Pre-registered Yoga event in person and online and I give permission for these photographic pictures/videos to be used on any of Ananda Wellness or affiliated social media accounts and platforms including prints and or other media related to when required, parents will be consulted for permission before use and release of any images.

In further consideration of permitting my child to participate in the yoga class, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have with Ananda Wellness Kidz Yoga, all the instructors and the owner/lessor of the Premises for injury or damages that my child may sustain while on the Premises as a result of participating in the yoga class indoors or outdoors. I, my heirs or legal representatives irrevocably covenant not to sue and forever release, waive, and discharge any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Ananda Wellness Kidz Yoga and all the instructors or the owner/lessor of the Premises for any personal injury, property loss or damage, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I have read the above and release and waiver liability and fully understand its contents.

I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I accept that neither the instructors, nor the hosting facility is liable for any injury, or any damages, to person or property, resulting from participating and attending the yoga classes.
